Debut LP from Manchester's Sanjuro77.

Making experimental music for over 25 years, Manchester based artist Sanjuro77 has released only a handful of works, this being his first full length release.

Since the process of relocating and rebuilding his studio began in late 2015, Sanjuro77's music making machines have been packed up and out of commission. This has forced him to create new music making methods using only a modest laptop. Rather than work around the limits of such a setup, he has pushed those limits to extremes and embraced the chaos caused by driving his laptop into a stuttering overheating mess. Inspired by the likes of Chris Douglas and Leyland Kirby, 'errorprone' is the result.

'errorprone' is a collection of digital modular patches performed live with the emphasis being pushing the CPU to breaking point and letting the errors produced become part of the compositions themselves. The first side is atonal and rhythm based, whereas side two lets melody and ambience take centre stage before collapsing back into improvised digital noise.
